Custom specifications to your needs
We offer pre-made linked bags that are optimized for Pronova machines, as well as printed film on roll. Since we customize each order, you can get the bags exactly the way you want them.
Materials for all industries (incl. food):
- Standard plaster PE (Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene).
- Material options: Green PE (bio-based), as well as recycled PE (PIR and PCR) for a lower carbon footprint.
- Barrier protection: Laminates in various combinations, ideal for preserving freshness and extending the shelf life of food.
Dimensions and Capacity:
- Width From 50 mm up to 800 mm.
- Thickness From 40 to 120 µm.
Options and Customizations
The bags can be delivered printed (up to 8 colors) or unprinted. We can also integrate resealable zippers (ziplocks), various types of perforations, hang holes, or air vents according to your exact specifications.
Pronova's on-system
Pronova has two packaging systems, Joker® Classic and Joker® Line. Both systems are based on the concept of linked bags that are fed into our Joker® packaging machines. What distinguishes them is how the bag is transported and opened in the packaging machine. Classic uses opening bars and provides a symmetrical opening, while Joker Line uses strings in the control profiles and provides a more rectangular opening.
Which system is best?
The choice between the Joker® Classic and Joker® Line depends primarily on the design of the container, the dimensions of the product, and how the container needs to be opened during filling.
Joker® ClassicThe symmetrical opening of the lid is a well-proven option for many standard applications.
Joker® LineA more defined, rectangular opening can be suitable when the shape or filling process of the product places greater demands on the opening.

Advantages of Pronova's On-System
Many bags open at the same time
With our unique Joker® system, several bags are kept completely open simultaneously along the opening arms of the packaging machine. This makes filling faster and more efficient, and allows multiple filling stations to be running simultaneously.
Simple and flexible adjustment
Are you changing the product or bag size? With the help of two simple knobs on the opening arms, you can quickly adjust the bag opening – from a completely rectangular opening to a narrow slit.
