The Pronova 525 is a robust and highly efficient packaging machine primarily intended for heavy-duty operation in automatic filling lines. With a under-track as an accessory, it can also pack heavy products, both vertically and horizontally. The machine has proven to be reliable even in the toughest environments.
Automated filling
525: can be integrated with most weighing systems, volumetric fillers, and product counters. For a continuous product flow from, for example, production machines, Pronova can provide product counters and units that collect products while a new bag is fed to the filling position.
- Adaptable design: easily adapted to the product.
- The opening arms can be ordered in lengths up to five meters.
- Bag sizes: bags from 50 up to 800 mm wide.
- Finishes: resealability, perforation, hang hole, stand-up pouches, reinforced headers, etc.
- Material - PE, PP, laminate.
- Continuous or stepped feeding.
