Pronova 525H & 535H - for horizontal packaging

The Pronova 525H and the stainless steel 535H are robust and highly efficient horizontal bagging machines.

The machines are intended for operation in automatic filling lines where the product requires horizontal filling or pattern matching. The sub-conveyor holds the bags in a horizontal position through the welding unit. The stainless steel model is particularly suitable for products and environments that require hygienic packaging as it can be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned.

Automated filling

The machine integrates with a horizontal filler that advances the correct number of products which it then fills into bags, either one or two bags at a time.

With a continuous product flow from production machinery, for example, Pronova can provide product counters and devices that collect products while a new bag is fed to the filling position.

For oriented products, the bags can be opened up to fit the product while holding it in its exact position to achieve a tight packaging.
