The Pronovas 535 is a robust and highly efficient stainless steel packaging machine primarily intended for heavy-duty operation in automatic filling lines where hygienic packaging is required. With the under-belt track as an accessory, even heavy products can be packaged. The machine has proven reliable even in the toughest environments and can be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned.
Automated filling
535: can be integrated with most weighing systems, volume fillers, and product counters. With a continuous product flow from, for example, production machines, Pronova can provide product counters and devices that collect products while a new bag is advanced to the filling position.
- Adaptable design: easily adapted to the product.
- The opening arms can be ordered in lengths up to five meters.
- Bag sizes: bags from 50 up to 800 mm wide.
- Finishes: resealability, perforation, hang hole, stand-up pouches, reinforced headers, etc.
- Coating materials: PE, PP, laminate.
- Continuous or stepped feeding.
